| Inhalt | Zusammenfassung Die Warmumformung von Sonderlegierungen (Nickelbasislegierungen, Titanlegierungen und Spezialstählen) stellt besondere Anforderungen an den Umformprozess und den verwendeten Schmierstoff. In Abhängigkeit von den verschiedenen Werkstoffen treten beim Schmieden spezifische Probleme auf, die durch den Einsatz einer speziellen Beschichtung mit den Eigenschaften eines Hochtemperaturschmierstoffes und eines Schutzfilms gelöst werden können. Abstract The forging of special alloys (nickel-base alloys, titanium alloys and special steels) makes high demands on the forging process and the lubricant. Dependent on the different materials specific problems occur during the forging process which can be solved by using a special coating with the properties of a high temperature lubricant and a protective film. |
